Yeah, it sucks. I drive to work, see underage prostitutes every morning, cops know they are there. This is like 7 o'clock in the AM! And of course you don't have to go out on the street to find examples. The statistics are staggering. Most abuse is familial, I'm quite confident that it has happened to many people you or I know, if it hasn't happened to you. I reiterate, it sucks.
I thank God he's done it abroad, if he would have committed it in the UK he would be laughing! Apparently, with our over crowded prisons he probably wouldn't even get sent down. At least when he's caught over there he's definitely going to do some jail time!
