Ok, so we all know that hot tubs are fly, but have you ever heard of a cold tub? hell no. that's because cold showers are for maniacs.

Save H2º everybody !

Bullshit. this is all part of the latest faux-environmentalist nonsense. It doesn't make a difference if you leave the water running while you brush your teeth. 80% of all water use is for industrial purposes, the other 19% is for golf courses and sprawling mansion lawns. let the fucker run, it's your dime.

I say stop it on occasions so you can keep a good track mind. That's what I do but I intend to forget sometimes especially when it cold it starts to feel good. Hot water is bad for you. Cold water can be bad for you too at extreme temperatures. It just depends on who you are

Warm usually. But after a long hard day at work or working out, a freezing cold shower feels beautiful. Much better for your body than a hot one.

how is a warm shower bad for you? it increases ***** flow and relieves tension. a cold shower causes hypothermia.

My house has a really shitty water heater. It only heats enough water for about a 5-minute shower. If you have the water running for any longer than that, it gradually starts getting cold. If someone else showered just before you, or takes a shower in the other bathroom at the same time, you have lukewarm water for about 3 minutes, and then you get cold water. So, to answer the question, I get into a hot shower, but invariably come out of a cold one. :(

Hot/warm showers make me feel like crap. I get all sweaty and uncomfortable and...it makes me want to *** myself.

Cold showers, on the other hand, make me feel awake, my body doesn't feel sluggish afterwards and...it doesn't make me want to *** myself.

I agree cold showers make me feel more relaxed hot showers bother me, they didn't use to before school, now they get on my nerves. its probably not the weather.

excellent point chef

After waking up, I start with the water at a fairly warm temperature, then switch it to cool when I'm washing the lather off. After working out or work, I prefer it cool, but not cold. Before I fall ******, I prefer ice cold.

well the last time I took a shower, it was cold, I probably talk about it that much because I can't warm showers. It would just make me feel like I ****** my time and I don't want to waste my time.

living in the tropics, i prefer cold showers. but when i go to Seattle, i only take hot showers
