While I can't back up the second part of that statement I can confirm Shay has been less than ideal to her paying customers. Her rating on customs4u alone shows that something's not right. I don't want to go into my experience too much but as someone who was a loyal fan I don't know what to make of her anymore. From personal experience I'd recommend skype shows over customs, at least people tend to honor those.
