Her breasts hand pretty good, and are otherwise "more detached" (underneath) making even a "lift" difficult as part of her bust.
Also, if anything thinks the size different is even remotely related to having fake breasts, understand a great majority of women are not perfectly symmetric. Hell, even women like Brandy Taylore have a size difference when you study them closely.
