you're thinking single mindedly from a fan perspective not a business perspective. it's smart for both girl and company ... for the girl, she gets GUARANTEED money, doesn't have to worry about getting work or doing scenes she is uncomfortable with to put money in her pockets (eg. i'm sure most girls don't want to shoot for facial abuse but need the money so they do). for the company, they get exclusive rights basically to a female so when fans like yourself want to see her, they have to come to their site to see new stuff from her. incentive for the fans to join their site. i'm sure there are other advantages as well. i understand the frustration, it was hell when rachel starr was stuck under contract with bangbros
