Okay, since no one seems to be touching this thread with a ten-foot pole...
Doesn't most porn have these two positions? Aren't these pretty standard posistions? (Maybe I just haven't watched enough to NOT see these?)
Of course, I've heard of the second one being called something to the effect of a woman "riding" or "cowgirl"...

If you ever buy the DVD's, I know the Bella Loves Jenna DVD has a menu in the special features where you can pick what scene to go to, like missionary, doggie, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl, etc.
