Nope. They are bots (I found this out the hard way). I created my own sex personal and it was deleted. Craiglist no longer supports sex personals.

There is a lot of spam on Craigslist, but I have met several real people (women), with whom I have had real sex, on it, and it's free. So don't knock it too much.
