The folks who upload the pics on Carrino's official website are renowned for messing with and mutating the pics to look like she's super-endowed when in fact she's amply endowed but nowhere near those exaggerated proportions.

Im sure they got some what bigger from pregnancy. Shes good as is, not like they have to trick the eye with the camera illusion. Im a photographer and i noticed its been being done on many sites. Some are less noticeable than others. But if you look closely you can tell from the vertical lines in the pics. They are slightly curved.

I don't believe she's had any plastic surgery. She's got older, filled out, had a ***. These things happen.
You can usually spot the sets where she was pregnant, as her boobs are insanely huge.
I can spot fakes a mile off and I don't see any reason to think her boobs have been enhanced.
