come on people, you can't be that stupid! Of course she did NOT have surgery, she was pregnant and had a baby. That is why her tits got bigger and saggy as hell. I understand it's her private life, but she lied to fans by making people think that her tits just magically grew overnight. No one is that stupid! And she's been putting up old pictures on her site, that's why you're not seeing her shoulder tattoo. She also doesn't show her stomach AT ALL in her post pregnancy picture probably cause she's fat and she has a c-section scar or stretch marks. Don't see why that matters anyways because they photoshop the hell out of her pictures on her site. She's lame and boring

no boobs surgery that's a sure fact but a waist lipo & a global lifting (boobs included) are still possible and very likely after a pregnancy.
And her boobs would remain 100% real :2 cents:

Very harsh for a model like that to have to read under the circumstances.

I don't think she lied at all, just gave her fans the image she wanted people to have and what everyone wanted to see.

I respect September for coming back to us after becoming a mother, which shes entitled to be :)

And besides, I'm only looking at her cute face/smile and amazing tits.
