The Section 8 MP demo is up on XBOX Live and I gotta say that I'm not impressed. In fact I'm pretty disappointed because I was eyeing this game but it looks like I can check it off my must buy list. Walking around feels sluggish and the running kinda sucks until your run meter fills up at which point you run at super speed. I felt the super speed and jet pack combo didn't go as high as the developers said and a lot of the time I kept running/flying into a rock wall and became stuck. I felt the vehicles took off too much damage and the weapons not enough damage. The "Burning" into battle was kinda cool though but overall I'll skip this game.

I played the demo and I agree with you , it's not very good. First of all , I'm very disapointed that it doesn't have a single player part because that's what interested me in the first place. As for the MP , it looks quite bland and the gameplay is ordinary. I really was looking forward to that game but now i'm really not sure. Sometimes fps games look much better in single player so I'll have to see if the single player is better.
So far I have had the same amount of disapointments with ps3 exclusive. Haze is a good example , a game that was hyped a lot as a blockbuster ps3 exclusive that turned out to be mega crap. I think it's pretty much the same on both consoles , some exclusives turn out to be great and some turn out to be crap of just plain ordinary.
I agree,I didnt even play haze after the hype machine blew a gasket post release. However I cant name any other ps3 exclusive that tanked like that.
Dont mind me, cause the last 3 months Ive had a very "multiplatform games are better on ps3,3rd xbox RROD,shit for 360 games in '09,everything as a whole is better on ps3 after all!!!!!!" attitude. And about 98% of that is fact too, thats whats interesting.
Lair and Genji: Days of the Blade. Although I don't remember if Genji was really hyped but I think I remember it being a launch title. I'm pretty sure Lair was hyped.
I was not just talking about exclusives ps3 titles that had a lot of hype and turned out to be crap . I was refering to any exclusive ps3 titles that are crap and I still believe that for me the two consoles have the same amount of crappy exclusive titles. Remember I am a ps3 AND xbox 360 man and I dont really have a favorite console between the two.

I watched the trailer off the market place and that was enough for me. The gameplay just looked bland, you have shields, they have shields, shoot them more before they shoot you to drop their shields and kill them. Meh, the plot line read well in the small box, but when I saw it full screen....pass.
(In regards to the debate of exclusives that suck, Ive found the ones that get the least press are often rare gems, for xboxers if you want a really good game for pennies "Project Sylpheed", awesome game!)

Project sylpheed,I think I remember that. Thats the side scrolling space ship kinda shooter I think? Youre right,I didnt play that but it got mad props for being a sleeper kinda hit.
good graphics but boring demo IMHO
