Well, actually the anatomy portion of my argument was based on fact - I don't think anybody can dispute the fact that women simply are not "equipped" with anything that stores this "fluid" other than of course the bladder (and a pregnant uterus / amniotic sac). I'm pretty confident in my understanding of the human body, after all before my Porn life I was a nurse.

You may not be able to, but that doesn't mean it is impossible. Denying that it is physically possible for any woman to have extremely active ducts is simply absurd.
