Sure I'd eat them. They're basically just scrambled eggs cooked in cupcake pans so they take the shape of a cupcake. It's going to taste like scrambled eggs...so if you like them...you'll like this.

I would be worried someone would try to make them as a sweet dish, rather than savoury. If it is savoury, breakfasty and stuff then bang I am all over it.
