Oy, this is terrible news. Not for California, mind, but for Oregon - the only thing keeping Oregon a nice place to live (and keeping Portland an amazing city) is the bad weather keeping the Californians at bay. Soon as the weather starts to really suck in California, they'll flood north and everything'll turn into a shithole.

I'd rather quite like a nice Portland to go back to someday, so hopefully this'll hold off for a while yet.
