Science vs Religeon.

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
Science vs Religeon. Religion

Actually it should be called faith. ;)

Scientists are always looking back and changing their views because they can't stick with anything they have said prior.
They are also always trying to disprove their predecessors.
Say what you mean and mean what you say.

I agree with you faith trumps science. :hatsoff:

I actually think I agree with that almost 100%.Only difference is what you see as a weakness I see as a strength. You want everything answered with never any questioning or revision.Thats a sign of weakness and insecurity IMO,the inability to learn and progress.

While science may not be perfect (nothing is) faith is worthless and even downright dangerous when it prevents further questioning, learning and advancement, something faith/religion is actually pretty famous for trying to do and it continues to this day.**** really has no place in modern advanced society.

What if God caused everything on the science side to happen?

What if science caused man to exist which then created a god??

From the words of Einstein the smartest man to ever walk this earth. "Religion is Childish."

While science may not be perfect (nothing is) Perfection is perception. If you perceive something to be perfect, then therefore it is.

Yea, kinda like how I perceive some of my fav. pornstars to be perfect when they are really just human like all of us.

On the subject of Science and Religion i prefer Einstein's famous quote:

"Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind."

At the point when human intelligence rose to asking the question "why am I here" and no satisfactory answer could be gleaned from observing the local environment is when religion began. Unfortunately a large portion of the population is still trapped in the belief that anything unknown (to them) must be a direct result of devine intervention.
Science always asks questions and looks for answers.
Religion tells you to stop asking questions.

Its a shame there's no afterlife, I'd love to see the look on peoples faces when they arrive at the pearly gates only to realise they don't exist.

Feel free to discuss the FUNNY picture, and my inability to spell religun....

So why did he also have a quote that religion is childish??

He wouldn't.

Isaiah, 42:8 (KJV)
I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

What the f-- does this have to do anything? What does a graven image have to do with whether god created science?

Do you really.........honestly think you know what god thinks?

Simply delusional.
