Scene by a pool

Ok, here's another one.

The scene is a guy looking over the fence into I guess his neighbor's yard and there's a blonde sunbathing. She ends up coming over, and you know what happens from there. The guy was fairly familiar looking... he kind of reminded me of the actor Andrew Robinson when he was younger. The girl was blonde and definitely hot.

Anyway, the scene ends with Asia Carerra walking onto the pool patio, seeing the guy banging this girl, and walking off after the guy says something like "It's not what you think..."

I think it was from the early-mid 90's.

Any idea who the blonde was or what the movie is?

The guy was possibly Jonathan Morgan

The movie would have to been made no later than 1998 since my friend copied the movie for me between 1997 and 1998. He worked in a video store, but I forget how much "new" stuff they got so it could have been a couple years old to begin with.
