Scammer cam girl alert

SUP.
So I'm not usually one o make accusations about the legitimacy of other cam girls, but this person is running quite a big scam operation and I wanted to warn all of you. I'm also curious if anyone can ID the pictures she's using as a different performer.

I first found out about her when she tried to fake verification on two separate cam girl listing sites, one of them being the one that Domino Damoiselle runs. She uses a choppy recorded video during Skype verification sessions(the verification sessions exist to weed out people like this). I decided to google her and found a thread to an Australian-based forum where people were talking about the various scams and sob stories she's used to con money. Apparently she's been at this for a while.

Her name is "Vicky Sunn".

When she tried to sign up with Domino, she claimed she'd won an AVN award for Webcam Starlet in 2012, but there was no webcam category in 2012. She also claimed she was a "supermodel for ELLE magazine". if you Google her name, nothing from Elle, AVN, or ANYWHERE comes up, aside from her own site and the posts about her attempting scams.

She also claims to have one Miss MyFreeCams in the months of June, October, and November 2010, but she did not. Those titles were won by lovelyKittie, Aspen Rae, and Candie Cane, respectively.

Her website is also pretty empty. I'll link to it at the bottom of the thread. Her "gallery" has one picture, her "videos" section has one grainy, slow-motion video, and "book a show" page has payment options that are INCREDIBLY dangerous for women in this industry to be using(Paypal, Western Union). there's also this weird thing at the bottom of the page where you can order a coffee or breakfast? I don't know. it's weird. Her website isn't active, either. It's not a Members site, or even a blog. it's just..there.

She has a few pictures posted on the side bar of each page, but they appear to be stolen from somewhere, so i'm curious if anyone will recognize who the actual person is.

I would normally NEVER go out on a limb like this to defame a fellow cam girl or try to mess with her business, but I'm absolutely convinced that she isn't a real person, and that someone has made a good bit of money off of selling guys recorded videos as cam shows. I'd hate to see anyone else get ripped off by "her".

So, please, guys. if you're looking to book independent cam shows, PLEASE make sure the girls you're dealing with are legitimate. if it sounds way way wayy too good to be true, it always is.

what is dangerous about paypal?
When you paypal a cam girl, you're handing all of your personal information over to her, and she's doing the same with you. Now, most cam girls will do nothing with that information, but there are plenty of doccumented cases of blackmail. Also, using Paypal for sexual stuff - even buying EROTICA, is against their TOS. If they catch you, which they always do, they'll ban you and the cam girl FOR LIFE, seize your balance, and may sue you for up to $2,500. It's in their TOS and written pretty clearly. A lot of cam girls and customers I know no longer have Paypal because of this. Paypal has kicked girls off for just saying they work in the adult industry, let alone using it for services.

Buying cam shows with paypal is always a horrible idea. From the model's standpoint, if a guy files a dispute/chargeback, we can't fight it, because then we'll get banned. So, a guy can get his show and then file a claim, and he gets in no trouble. That's what happened to me when i was new. Ever since I've been pretty outspoken about not using it.

The only thing paypal is against are transactions relating to digital goods. So you can't accept payments via paypal for anything in a digital format, so that means webcam, videos and pictures, and they don't allow transactions that involve anything sexual with minors (that's a given) and for anything involving meetings, such as escort services. Anything else adult oriented is safe to use with paypal. If it's for physical goods, meaning it's something you can hold in your hand, it's good to go.

That's not what i read in the AUP. you can't use it for "sexually oriented services or goods".

Yep. That's still confusing though, considering that many people who buy my stuff- the panties and stuff that I sell- are from outside the USA, whereas I am in the USA. So it'd be nice if paypal outlined whether or not it's against the rules for someone in the US to sell someone sexually oriented goods outside of the US.

Fair enough, but that still covers cam shows being a no-no for the US.

Of course. But, good thing I don't do cam shows so I don't have to worry about that :)

Question for you. What program do you use for transactions involving digital goods like webcam and custom videos? Or just videos in general? Because other than the CCBill for my website memberships, I have no way to accept payments for my custom videos, website videos, and picture sets that I sell outside of my website. I've been using paypal and the buyers simply don't state what the payment is for. But I would like to find a way to accept payments for those, preferably a payment program that doesn't cost me money or a lot of time to set up.

I accept payment via CCBill, the Cam Model Directory payment processor(I keep 85%), Niteflirt tributes, or sometimes e-gift cards but I really prefer CCBill or Cam Model Directory.

I have a sub-account under Domino through her cam girl listing site.
