yeh, just hope its better than the third movie. was a tad dissapointed with that one.
no arguments there mate. I had my hopes up, but was dissapoitned. i think my favorite one was sawII.

so whos taking over the bad guy part? he died in the last one
bit odd cos if you read the info on that page it says he is defianately dead (it would just be stoopid beyond belief to bring him back this time) but it also says he is in this movie... so im guesing he will apear in the form of flashbacks or on t.v moniors maybe? as to who if anyone is the new "jigsaw" i realy dont know

yeh i read that part too.... and saw 5 is also confirmed and jigsaw will be in both of these movies. ill be very interested to see what they come up with. :nanner:

S4 kicks off right were S3 ended, Angus M. has to play a game to work his way through Jigsaw's Labyrinth to save the little girl at the end. Jigsaw appears on monitors / audio tapes offering clues and choices.
Tobin Bell is indeed signed up to S6! Hopefully Jigsaw doesn't have a deranged twin ******* to carry on.
What would be a good title for part 6? Saw 6: Die, Jigsaw, Die!
They never did say what happened to Dr Gordan, although the Dr who removed that guys eye from pt 2 did limp.....

Saw 4 won't be picking up where the 3rd one left off. from the forums on saw3.com, the official lionsgate press release states that Swat captain Rigg (from part 2 and 3) will be the main character of the movie. he is given 90 minutes to go from location to location getting involved in life or death games to save an "old friend" (rumors on the saw forums is that the "old friend" is detective matthews)
time is played with alot in this movie, as mentioned, but somehow John "Jigsaw" 's ex-wife Jill is involved with the movie somehow, and very heavily from what i'm reading. John/Jigsaw IS dead, thats confirmed and he's not only limited to flashbacks. rumor is that his new thing is "videos" a video describing how the traps work, and what Rigg needs to do to save the victim (all interconnected, somehow) what they are saying is that he made the videos and set all this up because now that he is dead, he isn't worried at all about people seeing who he really is. what are they gonna do, press charges on a corpse? no need for the mystery anymore, he's dead and carrying out his last games with video messages now. (perhaps set in place by his ex-wife?) it is not mentioned how, exactly, she is involved. but it is mentioned that she plays a very large role in the movie. we'll find out more in a few weeks when the first official trailer is released (supposedly in the first week of august)

Wow, on another forum site, the plot was detailed as being completely different. Detective Matthews that was Donnie Walhberg, yes? Matthews is dead, Jigsaw makes a reference to Amanda about "cleaning your mistakes".
This thing about Jigsaw's wife, Jill, sounds like the franchise is truely running out of steam, they may as well as said Jigsaw transferred his soul into the doll via voodoo and S4 is going to be the new Chucky!

thing is if saw 4 doesnt follow straight on from the end of saw 3 with jeff then they might be saving that for saw 5 or even 6?
