People say she is not so special anymore, thats not a fact just your own opinion, you say it like tits are the only thing that make a girl special. It's sad how many turncoats there are...for those who don't like girls getting bigger tits simply don't watch her anymore...if you are actually a fan of hers you will support her decision even if you wanted her to stay natural...if she wants new tits, which I think look great, then that is up to her...nothing lasts forever and obviously it will keep her in the business longer...natural is always preferred but if it would be the choice of her getting new tits or not being in porn at all anymore I know I'd prefer to continue watching her.

Sativa always looks good but for me I think she looked best especially in her scenes for Joey Silvera, particularly her Hellcats 3 scene and Face Fucking Inc scene...if you want to see her at her absolute best and in the best scenes of her career its in her many scenes for Joey Silvera. I'm not a big fan of the kind of work she does, and because of that I don't look at her stuff that often, and didn't know she got new breast implants. What a horrible decision. Once in a while it will be one thing for somebody that gets them when they don't have good natural breast. I just don't get why somebody's that breast already looked good as hers would ever get them. She has now entered the Lela Star/Daisy Dukes/Lacy Duvalle territory of extremely dumb-ass decisions. Seriously, are people going to have to start holding interventions for some of the women in the industry? Maybe they can start covering most of area on their bodies with tattoos while their at it. Who knows, maybe the extra thirty seconds it will extend her career will be worth it.
