San Andreas help

Please HELP. This may be the start of a few helps concerning this game. Ok the problem.i have finished the main part of the game, and i am now on the import/export missions. The thing is on board 1 i can not find the Buffalo and the Feltzer, does anyone know where these are? I would be forever grateful.
