running msn, think i have a virus

i have msn and i open a window to chat with someone...

this message pops up everytime i open a window to chat

now, i close the window, and i reopen a new one to the same person and the message does not come up.

it comes up the first time i talk to someone but not in subsequent windows.

anyone who is familiar with msn, if u could help me that would be great
