Try pulling the normal HTML/PHP page into Google Reader. Google will then scrape that page and let pull in updates. Not sure it will work, but worth a try.

BTW, who here uses Google Reader for porn? I certainly have a GReader identity separate from my normal self. PM me if you want to trade images/etc via shared items in Google Reader. Or do you just want to share URLs here? Is that even appropriate?
