Before the contest I never even heard of Christy - sure she's a "newcomer" and not as widely known. But there are other Girls in the Newcomer Contest who I have heard from, even outside of FreeOnes, by stumbling over their work.

As much as I would like to see the rules enforced, if Christy truly is being backed by Naughty America, I don't think that FreeOnes can "afford" to just disqualify her. Though I believe she's not the only one who has that backing. There are a few others (who I won't name) who are also "suspiciously involved".

Mr. Antonio you are partially right. There are many ways to do what is suggested, but the outrageous thing isn't that she (and a few of her "friends") ask for votes on twitter. It's that she actively endorsed a method which by the Contest Rules laid out by FreeOnes is considered "cheating". As a Contestant, she should publicly stick to the rules and not ask to disregard them.

Maybe they need to make an example out of SOMEONE if that someone is promoting the breaking of the rules.

I don't know if they have, but I've been wondering for quite some time, why are there only 49 Contestants currently in the Adult Model Category? When it should have been 50 to proceed from Round 1. We know that because of fewer Contestants, Euro Babe and Newcomer were limited to 40, but Adult Model should be 50 - not 49 (so someone disappeared from the List).

If the contest rules totally favour the contract girls, then the forum would be up in arms. If it's the other way and the contest rules totally favour the regular OCSM's, some well known stars that are too busy with shoots etc to participate on the forum, may not enter the contest. Freeones team do a decent job trying to find the right balance and the leaderboards don't look too bad. Last year was a successful one for the OCSM regulars too.

I don't think it's totally fair to expect that forum participation be the key to win every single category. I do think you should have to register for a myfreeones account before you're able to vote tho. If you're actually a loyal twitter follower or supporter, then taking the effort to register should be nothing. A lot of twitter followers don't give a fuck about the contest, cos if they did the vote totals would be much higher.

Personally I think she should be. A rule is a rule, and to let someone breaking such a major rule slip by with even just a warning is just... wrong. I'd be upset if all they did was give her a warning or something and not disqualify her, to me that's being a bit selfish in order to stay on good terms with the sponsors and have higher traffic with her in the contest. Why make the rules if they're not endorsed? What she's doing is completely unfair to the other contestants. First Jaana is bashed, being called a joke, and now we find out that there's cheating? I know someone in here said something about life not being fair and so many other contests not being fair, but does that make it right? No, it doesn't. Just because it's well known that many things in life are unfair doesn't mean that something can't be done about it.

A girl should win based off of genuine votes, not multiple votes from the same person in the same day.

At least one of the admins will say or do something. The issue has been reported by both myself and another model to Anders and Petra. We'll see what happens. Hopefully something gets done before the start of Round 3.

I really hate that, "Well life's not fair!" retort. Well, yeah, if you just toss your hands up and do nothing every time something unfair happens then of course life isn't going to be fair, you're letting it happen after all. Life would be a lot fairer if people would stop saying that and actually help do something about it instead.

Not doing anything about exposed cheating encourages more cheating, and discourages anyone honest from entering. What's the point of trying to compete if you know you can't win because the deck is rigged against you? In the end not doing anything harms the integrity of the contest and the FreeOnes brand in general.

If that's grounds for disqualifying, then breaking the contest rules should be a very valid reason for disqualifying someone else.

And no, not everyone can or will be caught, but that doesn't mean that someone else who is very clearly breaking the rules, whether they even knew they were breaking the rules or not (who knows, maybe she didn't read the rules, but that's not our fault- it's not hard to read). A broken rule is a broken rule, no matter what the excuse. A cop doesn't care if someone speeding is speeding because their wife is about to have a baby and is on the way to the hospital, they still get a speeding ticket. And does everyone who speeds get pulled over? No. Definitely not. Cops can't be everywhere at every given moment of the day. Doesn't stop them pulling over the people they DO see breaking the rules.
