Interesting. I didn't know it was the content creators or "users" as they say.

I misread the terms of service. I thought it was for the "Fans" or subscribers who charged back their credit cards and that they were ultimately banned. Most times, the person doing the chargeback on the credit card would be the one getting banned. Because that eats into the profits for the website.

OnlyFans does allows the subscriber or "Fan" the ability to stop following a lady and to cancel subscriptions.

Here's the OnlyFans Terms of Service as stated:

5. Refunds

Section 5.1: All purchases made on OnlyFans.com are final and non-refundable. You are entitled to cancel any subscription, for any reason and at any time, thereby ensuring that you will not be billed again for that subscription.

Section 5.2: However, any purchase made on OnlyFans and subsequently subject to a chargeback will result in the User’s account being immediately and permanently excluded from OnlyFans."

• Maybe "User" means both? Fan/Subscriber and Content Creator? I wouldn't want to check it and find out to play Devil's Advocate here. To be in that situation as a "Fan" ... Then you'll lose the ability to view the stuff you've already purchased if you're banned.
