Dear Rikki,
First of all, I usually find breasts with obvious implants a turn-off...
That said, there are two pairs og fake breasts I find attractive - yours and Jada Fire's. Most I've seen have looked plain ridiculous and artificial, at least in my eyes, but the doctor who did yours evidently knows his business so I would say listen to him. Second opinions are good to have but I think a guy who did that good a job is worth listening to.
In a girlfriend's breasts I value 1) that they are on a woman I love, and 2) that they are sensitive and responsive. What I value in a pornstar's breasts is that they look good when sucked and tittyfucked. Yours do! Believe me, I've been racking myself over whether or not to buy the "POV Jugg Fuckers" DVD just because of your scene! Any bigger and your breasts would look very strange when enveloping a cock or being sucked and licked.
Now, you're not my girlfriend so maybe it's none of my biz, but the more surgery you have the bigger the risk that you lose sensitivity or suffer other complications ("poor quality skin" sounds like too big a chance to me). Loss of sensitivity might not affect performance on the screen but it sure might affect your sexlife in private (not to mention robbing some poor boyfriend of the joy of worshipping breasts that are not only beautiful but also wonderfully responsive to his mouth and hands).
So, yeah, you might say I'm definitely one of the people trying to talk you out of going larger. That said, the only good reason to have implants in the first place is that it makes you feel better about yourself and your body, so only you can decide if it would be right or not to change them. As far as I'm concerned you ought to feel DARN good about yourself the way you look now!
(As an aside, just sensitive ARE your breasts? And do you actually enjoy tittyfucking? I'm asking that last question because all my girlfriends have loved it, but they have loved it because they've been tittyfucking someone they knew adored it and got off on pleasing me, not because the act is special in itself.)
