Ok so I went to the dr. today same guy who did my first boobs. He said that if I went bigger to get the implants over the muscle again and at a bigger size would make them possibly bottom out, and since my skin quality is poor (that comment made me feel real great) that I would get more stretch marks on my boobs. Also if I went with a bigger implant over the muscle it would make it difficult in the future to go down in size because of the excess skin that procedure getting it done that way would cause. So best way of doing it is to stack implants. He said I have 650 cc in now and because my chest the way it's made by god won't be able to fit a bigger implant then that. So what he would do is a 650 cc implant on bottom chest cavity with possibly a 450 cc implant on top of it. He said he could make them look as real as possible for that size. The problem with this is this procedure is extremely costly. I would have to buy 4 implants and we are probably talking about 3 or 4000 for the implants alone. My doctor experience today just wasnt a good one I'm sure he didn't mean to but he made me feel like it was a absurd idea, and I told him as he already knew this is something I have wanted for as long as I can remeber. He wants me to come back on the 11 so he can tell me what exact size and style implants he would be using. He also could not tell me a size but said I would have about 1100 cc's in me and it's about 175 cc per cup size. I def won't be Tiffany Towers big. He also said most girls only increase 300cc per time. So I guess we shall see. Pretty bummed out tho because I know what I want and just hope I can get the look I would like without ruining my skin and without future problems of ever wanting to decrease the size. Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear that your doctor visit did not go exactly how you planned. I'm obviously not a doctor, but like the guy above me says, its always good to get a second opinion. You don't have to be Tiffany Towers big (unless that is truly the size you want). Tiffany was just a good example of someone who got huge fake tits that actually look decent. Keep us all posted.

That said, there are two pairs og fake breasts I find attractive - yours and Jada Fire's. Most I've seen have looked plain ridiculous and artificial, at least in my eyes, but the doctor who did yours evidently knows his business so I would say listen to him. Second opinions are good to have but I think a guy who did that good a job is worth listening to.
In a girlfriend's breasts I value 1) that they are on a woman I love, and 2) that they are sensitive and responsive. I've posted a few times on this subject. First of all, I do agree with many of the posters that your tits really look great as they are now. However, I do understand your desire to enhance them and I support it. I would just be careful not to go "cartoonish" big where your tits do not look good on your frame. You are a fairly petite girl, so you have limits as to how big you can go. My wife got implants a couple years ago (about 450cc) and she is now a full D. She is 5'7, 150lbs. and has a nice, voluptuous frame. We are going to get them redone in a few years and she will probably go to 600cc or so or whatever it takes to get to a DD. My point is that she has a slightly larger frame than you and could afford to go bigger. You may not have the same luxury. If you are absolutely intent on getting them much bigger, I still have to point to Tiffany Towers as a good example of someone who got huge implants that actually turned out reasonably well. Btw, in regards to Tiffany Towers one time implants. My understanding was she had huge implants put in, but had them deliberately underfilled to avoid that Wendy Whoppers 'beachballs' look. And it worked, but not perfectly. It left large creases on the sides of her breasts which were sometimes apparent. But they certainly had lots of 'give'.
