Celine Noiret maybe? I have seen some pictures where ahe wears similar hair...

That was my main guess as well after doing some searches. However, none of it is documented on any database site and there are differences.

1. The boob size is smaller than this particular girl. Plus this one has a spot on hers, whereas Celine Noiret doesn't really.
2. Celine Noiret just looks older.
3. Their faces don't necessarily match up.

You know what, I think you got it. I took the time to go through a LOT of searches. I matched up the spots on her breasts the piercing and other stuff.

Cindy Dollar it is. She looks very different since a lot of her material has her with blond hair and then with a pre-boob job and so on. So yeah, it's Cindy Dollar.
