The concept is just a little scary, but if I can do the girl in the intro video (addison rose?) I'd be almost tempted to try it. I'm sure I'd change my mind once she rips my dick off!
Sticking your dick in a piece of machinery that runs on power from an electrical outlet. Sounds like a good idea. 
The amount of exposed moving parts in there frightens me. They should do something more like a Fleshlight with embedded motors. You could still do the simulated movement, constriction, and such, but keep all the moving parts on the other side of a solid rubber sleeve. It'd be a lot easier to clean, I imagine, too.
Clean it? Shooting a load inside it will provide lubrication to all those moving parts.
