Elizabeth Sulser, of Zurich, Switzerland, is a 29-year old synaesthete. Synaesthesia is an extremely rare neurological condition characterized by the fusing of senses. For Sulser, this means the *********** fusion of sound, sight and taste

Esref Armagan, of Ankara, Turkey, is a 53-year-old blind painter. Blind since birth, Armagan is a gifted visual artist who can draw and paint in three dimensions; drawing comparisons to Renaissance architect Filippo Brunelleschi, the first artist to master three point perspective.

Rüdiger Gamm of Welzheim, Germany, is The Human Calculator! At 35 years old, he can instantly solve complex mathematical formulas inside his head. Gamm can multiply higher powers and divide two prime numbers to 60 decimals - 84 to the power of 17; 42 to the power of 100; 31 divided by 61.

Wim Hof, a 47-year-old man who lives in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is the Iceman. Hof can endure extreme cold temperatures and has broken two world records to prove it. He once spent more than an hour buried up to his neck in ice. Then, only a few weeks later, he swam under the surface of a frozen lake for more than 50 metres wearing only trunks and goggles.

I can believe the calculator dude and the others, but exposing yourself to ice for so long just sounds impossible. On the other hand it's just a world record. There has to be a world record for everything.
So now we know how low you can go. (Unless he cheats...)
He probably uses some system and tons of mental power.

OR he's a superhuman...
:)

Actually on the show he ran a half marathon in -14C temps. with 2k left the doc suggested that he stop before he does perminate damage to his feet, they were already damnaged. After the run he was examed and it was found that his feet had survied and are 100% healthy.

Oh he ran the half marathon in -14C temps in just his skives.

Remember reading a book about real virus outbreaks ya know like the real stories behind that movie etc. At the back of the book was a section with various tid bits which included a supposedly true story of a guy going into the special hospital unit and being diagnosed I **** you not with ebola. This taking place in Africa. Next day the dude apparantly got up and left the hospital as in recovered. Alot of urban myths or whatever that kinda filtered down through the years on folks who are quite literally like on the deep end of the gene pool, or the creme de la creme if you will. Weather its true or not I dunno but I always have remembered that story.

For now, the little boy is healthy and very strong, able to hold two 6.6-pound weights horizontally with his arms extended. But while the muscles in his arms and legs are twice as big as the muscles of other ******** his age, Dr. Schuelke said, "he is not extreme: you wouldn't recognize him if you saw him on the street."
