Banned
if you follow the news you'll find that there are 12 other KBR employees who were raped and were contractually banned from suing the rapists. how is this even legal? how can KBR be above the law? if you work there then you know you can get away with it, it's in the contract that women have to sign... only in america. and maybe iran, north korea, etc...

Hellraiser. Question. How do you have that as your sig and you haven't been banned yet?

I don't understand what you mean

People always mention Iran when listing "bad countries". Why not Saudi Arabia? Persian Iran is 10x more liberal and less extreme religiously than Saudi Arabia or just about an other arab state you care to name.

The people are among the friendliest and most hospitable on earth, it's a great country to travel in but I suppose people who only learn about Iran from tv and have never been wouldn't know any better.

Black gold, Arms sales, permanent military bases, $$$ etc.

Iran is an easy target, it doesn't matter when you piss off your enemies or say somewhat derogatory things about them. But piss off your "friends" and there might be a few issues.

sick bastards! hope -- whoever did this to her -- they get fucked up in jail !

The final insult: KBR contractor who claimed she was raped by her colleagues in Baghdad ordered to pay $145,000 in court costs after losing case

* KBR asked judge for $2million in legal fees and court costs
* Judge ruled lawsuit was flawed, not frivolous
* Jamie Leigh Jones spoke at trial of being 'ruffied and raped so violently her breast implants were ruptured'
* Claimed to have been locked in a small trailer with no food or water
