How annoying! A few days ago I ordered Rainbow Six Vegas 2 on amazon uk. I expected to get a new game of course, but when I opened the package today I got to see a game in HORRIBLE condition with scratches and fingerprints all over the case AND disk! :crash:

Did you accidentally order in the Used section?

There is New, Used, and Collectible sections to buy from. I would ask for a refund. They should give you a refund if you bought it in new section or even then. Get a hold of Amazon if they do not refund.

No no it was new and directly from amazon. Not the marketplace thingy.

But yeah of course I already emailed them and they promised me refund.

I'm still a little pissed, because I wanted to play the game over the weekend. And I just don't understand how this could happen since I ordered it new from amazon! This has never happened before. :dunno:

And now they only have the Platinum edition in stock anymore. I want the normal edition.

Yeah. I've never had that problem when ordering from Amazon. I often order from the Used section. Well hopefully you will find it and be able to play the game
