Maybe. Depends on the situation. No different than changing a baby's diaper really.

I've done this work for a year and a half before. Never had to change diapers or bottoms.

I love it because I get to be around the old folks. I like them a lot. They are nice people and a generation soon to be gone. I will be around that.

Definitely. It is great to do that.

In my experience there are tow types of old people. Either they are very nice and pleasant or they are ornery, mean, and complain more than anybody else out there. There isn't often one that's in the middle ground.
