Rachel and Brazzers are fine. The new scene was filmed 4 days ago. Also Rachel made this June 28, 2012 post on Brazzers forum:
so who's excited that my contract ends in Aug!?!?!?! i LOVED my contract time with bangbros, and i'm pretty sure they want to renew. i'm in a toss up and i miss you guys and jules jordan and elegant angel! Vic (Brazzers director Vic Lagina) has stayed in touch with me here and there too. Curious to see what brazzers wants to do to keep me from signing to bangbros again. they missed the chance last year, and i think they were caught by surprise when i went to bangbros. brazzers has always been good to me tho, i highly doubt they don't have something for me this year
so maybe we can keep this thread very active and put in your request to have me back, and let's wait and see what they say!!!

Good news. I didn't mind the bangbros scenes but her other stuff is better. Her jumping to a less "vanilla" brand may silence a few bitchers around here even though it seems they've already run her off from this site.

#1) If that were true, stories like the one I posted above would never happen. As much as you would like to believe that the adult industry is 100% clean, it actually isn't.
#2) If Phoenix Marie chooses to not use condoms that's her prerogative. However, it's ridiculous to berate a porn star for wanting to use condoms exclusively following an outbreak of an STD.
