Just to lend some perspective, Justin Bieber (for example) is also on twitter and has also had to deal with over-zealous fans. He has a worldwide legion of absolutely obsessed, crazed female fans that stock, harass and even routinely send death threats to any woman that so much as looks his way. And Rachel doesn't even have to deal with 1/1,000,000th of the level of fame that he has. So, you wonder "how she does it"? Look, if even a mental midget like Bieber can figure out how to handle all of this, then Rachel will be absolutely fine. And as far as your "white knight" comment goes... Well, its kind of like when someone says, "Look, I'm not gay, but..." and 100% of the time thats followed by the gayest comment ever.
I'd probably guess that you might be a bit on the younger side, but as you get a bit older you'll eventually learn not to give 2 shits about what anyone on twitter says. Of course it would be great if people weren't such dicks on the web, but hey... Thats just how it is. Hell, the rest of us are busy busting our asses all week working at soul-crushing 9-5 jobs and meanwhile Rachel gets to fuck, strip & party all the way to the bank. So guess what? She wins! So I'd rather not make too much out of the supposed "trials and tribulations" that Rachel has to "endure". She'll be just fine. Simpletons like Bieber are proof of that (seriously, read his interviews - he's a moron).
