R.I.P. Pat Hingle

Aww man! RIP, Pat. Great character actor that's been in TONS of great movies.

Strangely, I remember him best for standing in the doorway of a diner with a LAW rocket saying to the trucks "You want a war? You got one" in "Maximum Overdrive"

Once again, rest in peace, Pat.

I remember that guy! What is it with Batman actors lately? He will be missed.

Loved the characters he played in many old TV black and whites. Also as the hanging judge with Eastwood in Hang 'em High.

Holy shit! I didn't even realize that was the same guy. R.I.P :(

I don't watch many movies. I guess I have a lot more time on my hands. To think, and talk, about watching movies. Its just something that I don't do...

They should keep the same batman around. Once all hell breaks loose and time gets older and goes from 1946 to 2006 the can't have the same batman. Although they should! Because it would make it seem more realistic to have a timeline based on that. Althogh it would be extremly hard work. I think only one person should get credit for it. They say you have to change with the times because they want to move on. People are dispicable, and decietful? Of course they are, Batman will live forever.

RIP, Mr. Hingle.

I'll always have a fondness for his Commish. Warts and all.

R.I.P. Mr. Pat Hingle, another waiter in heaven just earned his wings.
