Questions about myfriendshotmom/myfirstsexteacher paysites

I am considering signing up for these sites. There are a couple things Im wondering about though(Ive never signed up for a paysite before). First of all do I need to worry about getting phone calls/junk mail from these sites? Also do they allow the use of a download manager to download the videos, Im on dial up so using a download manager is neccecary for me to get any big files.
