It seems to me that the girl doesn't want you but doesn't want anyone else to have you. By reading your e-mails she is getting in your head and making you think that there is a chance of gettign back together whilst she is moving on with her life safe in the knowledge that she can come back to you haven't moved on.
I would suggest asking her to stop accessing your e-mail account and ask her why she has done it and if that doesn't stop her then changing your password should be done.

It indicates that it's only been a few weeks since she broke up with. Everybody has doubts for a while. It doesn't mean anything positive, I can tell you that much.
It means that she's not indifferent to you. "Not indifferent" does not equal "care". You can hate, fear, or pity someone and still not be indifferent to them. In other words, just because she's paying attention to you doesn't mean that she has warm fuzzy feelings towards you.
Truth be told, this "definitely" indicates absolutely nothing, which is why I would say you should simply change your password and put an end to this malarky. If she's really still interested, losing her only connection to you will most likely drive her to make a more substantial form of contact.
