I've read that some porn stars and strippers use Avent Niplettes. If there's a more technical name, other than nipple pumps or nipple vacuums, I'm not sure.

I'm really not sure - they appear to be variations of the same thing as the Niplettes. The difference seems to be that the lower priced ones use simple rubber bulbs, while the higher priced ones use a vacuum system of some sort.
