Question about adding video's to video sites.

I basically want to compile a 3 minute long music video of girls stripping. I notice on many
main porn video sites people have done the same thing with short clips of things (clips maybe as
short as 2 seconds each time) but I notice most of the clips are from known porn sites as the site
logo is usually on the bottom right.

Is this technically copyright *********? I have the same idea of compiling only tiny snippets of
many clips together to make 1 long music mix thing but I worry I will get in trouble because
of the site name being visible on the little clip snippets yet at the same time if these people have
done it then why can't I?

if youre using someone elses clips and music, its copyright infringement. now, there's loopholes to the laws, and you could look those up, but i wouldn't fuck with it. some people blur out the watermarks, but, i think thats even worse to do. if you were the content owner, and someone blurred out your watermarks, id be fucking pissed.

as for permission from the owners. ive done that and they are usually cool with it. of course, depending on who it is and what it is and what you're doing with it. you prolly wont, but thats the skinny.
