If it was in everyday conversation I would either say pussy or vag. Unless I was describing something in porn to someone, then I might say cunt. In the bedroom I have always said and will always say pussy, or very rarely, vagina. If I'm watching porn, pussy is usually the preferred, but depending on the scene, cunt or twat or other things can be appropriate.
