Purchase on the store??

I bought an item on the store tab but they never sent me a receipt by email. I sent them an email stating that I never got a receipt and never got a reply. The store now has a new look and I can no longer sign in. I just want to know will I still be getting my item or?

The store has been integrated with myFreeOnes for quite a long time now.
Not sure who you emailed but try to email shop@freeones.com and also mention your order number.
Someone will always answer you then.

Thank you for the reply but the shop doesn't have my email registered to it now? I was able to sign in and look at my order number but now I can't even sign in. The shop was different looking when I ordered and the email I contacted is : mall.com.support@live.com The name of the merchant is New Release Media.
