Here's an attitude to stay away from:

I called Goldstar on October 3 to book Puma Swede for a femdom scene on October 12. They were unable to give me an answer until October 6. Finally, they called back, we agreed upon the rate and they said "You are all set".

Then a few hours later I got a call asking "What time is the shoot? Puma prefers a late call time". By then, I had already arranged for male talent, a makeup artist, and a camera crew with a call time of 12PM. I said we are set for 12PM. Is that OK? "Puma prefers something later", I was told. So, I moved everyone back to 2PM.

Now, two days before the shoot, I received a call from Goldstar saying "Puma now says she needs an extra $300 for the scene". In other words, she waited until she knew I had booked a studio, camera crew, makeup artist, and male talent-- and had already moved the time once, and then tried to jack me for more money.

We pay a pretty fair rate for femdom (non-hardcore) scenes. We have recently shot Tyler Faith, Eva Angelina, Bree Olson, Brooke Haven, and many other big names and no one has ever had a problem with our rate. I asked Goldstar "Why would we pay her more than any other girl?". They said "well she features on the road a lot so its good publicity for your site".I said "You are kidding, right? What girl doesn't feature dance these days? I'm sorry, but Puma Swede does not have a big enough name in this business to ask for any more money than standard rates." The time to discuss rates is at the time of initial booking. I don't negotiate rates after they have already been agreed upon.

They asked "Would you like us to talk to her and see what we can do?" At that point, I told them "no thanks. I don't want a girl with that kind of attitude on my set.".

I don't blame Goldstar for this. For the most part, they are just the messenger. They can only relay what the talent is saying. But I do think Puma Swede has a terrible attitude. IF YOU BOOK HER, BEWARE! Evidently, prior committments don't mean much to her. If she gets a better offer for that day, don't be surprised when this happens to you.

On the bright side, here is a list of girls from the last two months who have shown up with a great attitude. I would recommend any of these girls:

Tyler Faith, Eva Angelina, Fayth Deluca, Friday (yes, that Friday. she was on time and did a great job!), Lauren Vaughn, Gianna Lynn, Brooke Scott, Samantha Sin, Delotta Brown, Annette Schwartz, Aiden Starr, Brooke Haven.

That's a shame. being a real life Vinnie Chase I wanted to hang out with her, but people who are not nice and try to take advantage of people I do not like. I'm still a decent person. Ohh well, i'll try Savanna Samson. Anything wrong with Savanna Samson?

With all do respect, you are right to have your opinion, but I would just like to give my version of what happened.

I get a call for this scen and yes, I agree to it, without asking about the payment since I asumed it would be within my regular rate for a scene. Not a B/G scene but still more than a solo scene.

When I saw the payment I told Goldstar that this is under my rate witch they understood and they where going to check with you if you would want to pay my regular rate. Well, I guess we can all see what happened.

I'm not a flaky person and I work very hard. I know I have a good reputation in the business to have a good attitude and beeing easy to work with.

I sincerely appologize to all the trouble this caused you!

Ok, both sides, directly from each have been voiced. (padresd, if you want to continue with this, do it in private, please.)

Puma, you know that you're alright with me. ;)

Maybe the problem lies with booking agency... if they are taking bookings and are not familiar with Puma's rate, they should do a better job (for her and potential producers). Seems more like a miscommunication to me, not a bad attitude... Glenn is assuming a lot in his rant, and I assume this isn't the only place he's dissing Puma Swede.

Honestly, I think he's wrong not thinking Puma Swede is worth an extra measly $300 to perform in a scene... I believe she moves product more than many of the other adult stars he mentioned. I will certainly rent a DVD if I see Puma on the boxcover, and she usually does get the cover of most every DVD she has ever appeared in, producers know she sells. Softcore as well as hardcore.

If Puma hustled you Glenn, you're in the right... but if you're just being vindictive and cheap over $300 (well worth it), it's bad form to start bashing the talent publicly.

Padresd, I don't think this is the proper place to come and air your displeasure with the situation with Puma. It should have been done in private between yourself and Puma and/or her management company.

None of us know, nor do we need to know, what happened here. There are always at least 2 sides to every story. Maybe if you had opened communications with Puma this all could have been avoided. I don't know what the $$$ amount was that was agreed (supposedly) upon and/or if an additional $300 would be justified and frankly I don't care.

It just doesn't need to be discussed in this forum.
