I fucked up. I clicked get it now and there was an error so I backed out to far and lost the ability to download one of the games. Anyone know how i can download wipeout? I got LBP, but I want wipeout too. I checked the download history and it's not there so it's like my free token or whatever to download the second game just disappeared. I'm sure I'm fucked, go figure. Might have to spend the 25 bucks on that game it looks pretty sweet!

Go to Services List and check SCEA Promotion to see if you have Welcome Back: Free PS3 Game 1 and 2 listed.

Click on the one that you think you missed and see if it says 1 remaining and no expiration.

You should be able to click on a link and download your free game.

Well i kept trying over and over and finally got on and finally got to the Get Now part and now i get to choose a game. i clicked on little big planet...1898 minutes remaining...FUCK YOU!
ill do it some other time i aint got time to wait for this shit!
SONY fix your system to handle enough traffic! pathetic!

That sucks. I think you need to 'buy' the welcome back package first, which is what I did, then I went for the games.

i move the choice over to a game and clicked on it and it says i must get the welcome back package first. WTF is that?

Right next to the games there should be a Welcome Back icon. You have to download that first. If you do click on a game first and try to download it, it should prompt you download the Welcome Back package and there should be a link.

Keep in mind that you have to download both Welcome Back packages separately in order to get both games. Not just one package.

so i play ice hockey every saturday night and i figured i would set the up the download of little big planet as i left to go play. i walked out of my house at 5:00pm and it was at 2% of download.... i just got home approx. 9:15pm and the download is ONLY AT 78%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
tons of traffic? or sony needs to get a better system to handle the load?
the best and/or funniest thing is i probably wont play the games that i DL from sony EVER,they are not my type of games.

LBP is moderately entertaining. Updating wipeout as I type this. Wonder why it took you so long? Must be a traffic issue I'm guessing. I downloaded LBP in like half hour which is crazy for that big a file especially considering traffic. But wipeout took half the damn day. So hell, could be traffic, could be slow sony shit could be your internet connection. Who the fuck knows? :dunno:

It took me just under 2 1/2 hours to download it a couple of days ago,so it's probably just traffic/your connection.

I just can decide what second game im thinking of Zombienation, Wipeout or Ratchet and clank anyone want to make the descision for me

i got LBP and zombienation. i already own InFamous so i didnt need it and the rest dont appeal to me. ZombieNation got my vote just for the gaming picture. the guy has a shotgun up to the underside of a zombie's chin ready to pull the trigger.....SOLD!!!!!!

Ratchet and Clank is for PSP.I would say get Wipeout.It looks absolutely stunning in HD.

I hate wipeout. What a waste of a free game. It looks good, but the game sucks. I can't get out of last place. I just fall farther and farther behind throughout the race. Even when I do hit all the fuckin boost spots. What the fuck am I doing wrong?

You could try the speed lap mode in racebox to get used to things. 99 laps with no other ships to mess with you.

Wish I had an HD tv right now. I have seen other people get wallpaper sized pics from photo mode but I can only manage 720x576.

Oh,yeah,I forgot about that.

Well the good thing is that if you had multiple accounts before the outage,you can get all of the games.

I got Wipeout,Dead Nation,and LBP.

I messed up in the store,so I can't get the other two.I would only get Super Stardust HD anyway,because I already played and finished inFamous,so I don't need that game taking up HD space.

C'mon HDTV's arent that much now you should be able to get one and see the greatness. you can get decent name brands for a managable price.
or i got the BESTBUY credit card and when you sign up for it in the store you can get 0% finance charges for 3 yrs. if they still run that offer.
my tv was $950 and i paid $50 per month NEVER A LATE PAYMENT and my balance is just barely over $200 now so with in 4 months my tv is paid off.
