I don't know if I am at the right place to talk about it but I've started a couple weeks ago a new keto diet to help me out with my out of shape life haha. With 4 **** and a wife, no always easy to keep up with the **** running all over the place back home.
I've start being carefull on what I'm eating (only less candys and sugar) and start eating more fruits/vegetables and wow, I'm feeling better since.
Since 2 weeks, I've start using the product Pruvit. Anyone ever heard about it? A friend of mine is using Pruvit for many months now and wanted to give it a try.
Anyone ever heard anything about it or ever try it?
