Thought it was a good film, I was pleasantly surprised by the ending, I had no idea up until the last scene that it lead on to the '*****' franchise.

I was disappointed. It bothered me that such an important mission, worth a trillion dollars, was done by unprofessional and dumb scientists who didn't even bother to perform the most basic safety regulations that you would expect. Just walk around and be stupid and careless. As long as it leads to another big Hollywood CG scene... That annoyed me.
On top of that none of the characters really convinced me. I'm a fan of the genre and the ***** franchise so I give it some credit, but it sure disappointed me.
