More likely the way she looks in the photo is due to the amteur photography and not due to anything that is her fault. Lots of times we forget the pics we see of models are professionally taken and edited. Their hair and makeup is also usually done professionally for a shoot. So when we see one of them IRL they often look a bit different.
Yeah, she did. She hinted about it in the behind the scenes on that Milf's with their Toys #2. She talks about how they did a good job on them.
You can say same with her hardcore scenes right now. Even now it is still kind of hard to believe it is her. Maybe the scenes should be done like foxes solo videos or possibly get better some other way. She really did take a turn and went another way.
