The porn circle is actually very tight-knit and cliquish. That's why you see a lot of people work repeatedly with each other. People find other people they like working with and keep working with them until basically someone introduces them to someone else they should work with. Most people doing porn all know each other to some degree or another and at times it almost seems like it's own little society or sub-culture.
No doubt, the entire mail deliver system is really fucked right now. The only thing really making me mad about Priya going hardcore is that she decided to do it in December. Trying to get my porn through the Christmas mail rush is pissing me off. I've got an empire rental account and I returned some DVDs by mail on Monday and they have yet to recieve them either.
Ok, it's 3:00 and it's not here. I have a feeling that the UPS guy snagged it. We already had a UPS delivery today. It was the usual UPS dude. When I bought that Muff Bumpers DVD a couple weeks ago from empire, the box was open. When he came to our office, he asked for me, cause he wanted to give it directly to me instead of the chick that normally gets the packages. He saw it was a porn, and we joked about it. When I saw him today, I just had a feeling that things weren't right. Tracking it, it says it's on the truck.

Yeah I called a little after 3:00, which is the latest time Next Day Air Saver packages are supposed to be delivered to commercial addresses. I told them my beef, and somebody is supposed to call me back in an hour, and if not, yeah I'm a crappy mood and I feel like going off on somebody.
Ok, well I got the call from UPS, they feed me some shit about him getting the package too late or something. It made no sense to me, but now I gotta wait till tomorrow to get it. I could go to the hub and pick it up, but fuck that.
Now I gotta see if I can get reimbursed from empire for it not being delivered on time.
