Hey it's spring/summer, we've all been cooped up in the house too long due to the Corona Virus Pandemic .. So it's nice to see tan lines.

When you're dealing with Bella da Semana models, that is just a natural occurrence. It also helps that Paula Rebello is posed nicely and that she is just so darn pretty in that photo. That's why she's gonna crush the competition in this match.

What can I say, looks like the so-called "experts" got it wrong this time.
One might say, "But wmonbear, they're at least 4 different sources saying the same thing. How could they all be wrong?"
Sometimes all it takes is for one "reputable" source to be the first to state their position.
Often then, other sites will simply "piggy back", adopting the same information without independently verifying its validity.

Stiff, gravity-defying bolt-ons is what I see here.
After reviewing the evidence, I am convinced that Paula's boobs have been surgically modified (i.e., implants).
The definitive proof is provided below, particularly in the 2nd photo which shows Paula lying on her back.
Natural breasts tend to flatten somewhat due to gravity (some more than others, depending upon size and firmness).
In the case of Paula, while lying on her back, her breasts show no sign whatsoever of "flattening". Natural breast tissue does not behave in this manner.
Another telltale sign that she's got implants is the unnatural demarcation between her breasts, where one can virtually pinpoint where her breasts start and where they end
under her skin, hence the bolt-on appearance.
Natural breasts, on the other hand, tend to meld with the surrounding skin, producing substantially less demarcation.
