True, but perhaps it was meant to be
Interestingly, had High I-Cutie won, Fishnet Mini would've automatically (by default) snagged the Bronze as PTT's Hard Tease Runner-up title holder (to HIC).
Although Lucy was arguably hotter-looking in her photo, I actually believe the better picture won...

Despite the loss, Division Champion High I-Cutie remains in the chase to capture a medal, as it's now poised to compete for the Bronze... stay tuned!

Seems this tourney has suddenly become a bit more interesting.
The upset victory by Hitchhiking Harlot has set off a chain reaction, prompting a sort of mini tournament.
All those pics which finished second to "Harlot" during the course of the season (there were 7) will now compete for the Bronze against High I-Cutie!
