So-called "Superjudges" are defined by those panelists who have voted in each of the last 3 matches for both PTT and WCN photo tournaments.

The thing with this photo is that the late J. Stephen Hicks took the photo way before 2013. According to the phtotographer's notes on this:
Nikki Nova was 19 at the time. So therefore give this an actual copyright date of 1991.
This photo gallery has a 2013 copyright date which correlates to the day of his passing: February 12, 2013. It was in his archives.

In my personal HOF of top 5 all-time artistic nude photographers, J. Stephen Hicks (RIP) is, indeed, a legend!
Regarding Nikki Nova... often, some of the best work from nude models is from shoots early in their careers, when they still have that fresh, youthful glow
and are in their natural state... that is, before succumbing to the dreaded boobjob bug.
