This one seems to tell a story as well. Could have easily named it "Nursing Nanny" (big natural boobs), as model's depiction appears to be of a woman belonging to the servant class (given her meager clothing).
Other than fulfilling the "needs" of the manor's master, her primary job would be to feed (i.e. nurse) the mansion's babies. Obviously, her natural "assets" makes her well-equipped to perform both duties.
