I couldn't find the pic.
There used to be ads for teen sites that used a redhead for their main pic.
Redhead with blonde streaks.
Anyone know who that was?

This one sounds impossible, but I'll take a stab in the dark and guess Premium Link Upgrade

Most of her work was as a brunette, some as a blonde, but some was as a redhead with blonde streaks (her best work in my opinion).

Redhead with blonde streaks, no. More like blonde with streaks of autumn.

I found a Twitter page that says, "Candy Gutierrez". However, I just seem to think that some rando created that Twitter with her picture.
